thirty3degrees acted as Sellers’ Representative to the majority shareholders in the disposal of their interest in the V&A Waterfront. In addition to assisting with the due diligence process and financial modelling, thirty3degrees worked with the sellers and their legal advisors on the transaction documents and the fulfilment of the suspensive conditions.
thirty3degrees advised Sail Stadefrance Operating Company (Pty) Limited on options for commercialisation of the Cape Town Stadium precinct and the preparation of various business plans. It also ran a Request for Proposals process in relation to the realisation of some of the opportunities that were identified as a result of these ventures.
